I had some fun making these web.mac.com/sfierro/Site/Ringtones.html

Mostly classic rock but some others as well.

There are also instructions on how to make them yourself from music in your iTunes library.

  If you are on a mac there is a way built in to garageband that will allow you to make ringtones of any of your non-drm music too.
