Damaged Itunes library

PC hung while repairing Itunes library so it marked the ITL file damaged. I got Itunes to load Music but lost about 30 playlists. Renamed new ITL to old and "damaged" to ITL..... got playlists back! except all recently purchased music doesn't show. I suspect the music files are still out there somewhere. But where? and once found... how do I add?

    They are probably in your iTunes Music Folder. in the File menu try, add to library and look for the folder. Adding to library adds music to the library without converting the music files where importing converts with the import setting (AAC by default).
